Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Cover My Plate, LLC ("Cover My Plate"). Questions: support@covermyplate.com.

2. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cover My Plate and their immediate families and households are not eligible.

3. How to enter

Each calendar month is a separate giveaway (an "Entry Period"), starting at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. To enter, submit your email address in the giveaway signup form on covermyplate.com, or email support@covermyplate.com with the subject "Monthly giveaway entry" and your name. Limit one entry per person per Entry Period. Entries made through automated means are void.

4. Prize

One (1) winner per Entry Period receives one (1) custom magnetic plate cover of their design, shipped free within the U.S. Approximate retail value: $49.99. No cash or prize substitution, except that Cover My Plate may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Designs must meet Cover My Plate's normal content guidelines.

5. Winner selection and notice

Within 7 days after each Entry Period ends, Cover My Plate will select one winner at random from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to Cover My Plate's decisions, which are final. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Cover My Plate may use the winner's first name, last initial and state to announce the winner, where permitted by law. Cover My Plate is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries or technical failures, and may cancel or change the giveaway if it cannot run as planned.

Email addresses collected are used to run the giveaway and to send Cover My Plate emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Winners list

For the name of a month's winner, email support@covermyplate.com within 60 days after that Entry Period ends.
